We recognize the many challenges prairie farmers face in the current economy. On top of it all, the blend of family, business, and community can be complicated.

Awareness and understanding are integral to longevity in farming. Through facilitated discussion, we seek to empower participants to identify issues and arrive at equitable solutions. By providing a neutral third party with knowledge of agricultural operations, we support businesses and families to define relationships, communicate effectively, understand risks, and resolve conflict.

"As people, we all hold the answers to what is essential and what direction we need to take—sometimes, we don’t know how to work together or communicate in a way that feels good for all of us."

— Michelle Bryan

MB Consulting is committed to supporting Saskatchewan farming businesses in a team setting. Through coaching and facilitation, we ensure team members and service providers are on the same page, working toward the same goals.

In mediation, the outcome is controlled by the participants. The mediator facilitates negotiations, and the parties make decisions or act based on mutual agreement. In Arbitration, the arbitrator examines the facts and decides on a binding award

“Critical thinking is not something you do once with an
issue and then drop it. It requires that we update our knowledge as new
information comes in.”

— Daniel Levitin
